Senior Analytics and Reporting Analyst - Medicare Advantage

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering market performance reporting, analytics, and actionable insights
• Collaborating with business leaders to understand reporting and analytical needs
• Translating business requirements into detailed report specifications and meaningful analyses
• Collaborating across cross‑functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues
• Designing, developing, and maintaining datasets, dashboards, and reports
• Supporting the evaluation of strategic initiatives by analyzing financial, operational, and membership data
• Building strong relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions
• Identifying trends, patterns, and key insights within complex datasets

• Bachelor Degree and 2 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 4 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data
• Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
• Solve complex problems with guidance
• Produce data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools / languages
• Work with both internal and external data
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals
• Learn needed skills by performing assigned work

Demonstrates expertise in data analysis and reporting, utilizing SQL, Excel, and SAS to produce actionable insights and high-quality analytical solutions. Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business leaders to translate requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
