Digital Consulting Senior Manager-Oracle HCM Solution Architect; Core HR

Position

Senior Manager – Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Solution Architect (Country: United States).

Senior Managers serve in an outward‑facing, hands‑on role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and material interaction with clients at tactical and strategic levels. You will lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, guiding clients through implementation and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Project management across all project phases, from pursuit to delivery.
• Requirements analysis, solution design, integration strategy, and data migration.
• Testing oversight and post‑go‑live optimization.
• Architectural governance and alignment between business requirements and scalable system architecture.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate functional and technical contributors, and mentor Coachees.
• Develop roadmaps, advise on process improvements, and support senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6‑10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2‑4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Flexible living locations in the U.S.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR solutions and related modules.

Base salary range: $165,000 – $190,000. Total estimated compensation inclusive of annual incentive: $189,750 – $231,250.
