Senior Analyst – United States

This role supports software implementation processes and client solutions at Huron.

• Work independently and in group settings to build effective relationships and create solutions for clients.
• Analyze requirements, maintain functional documentation, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users.
• Contribute to consulting projects in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or a related technology field.
• 1–2 years of experience within software implementation processes.
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with users.
• Strong analytics and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience or ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) is a plus.
• Prior consulting industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Estimated base salary range: $85,000 – $95,000. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation, total estimated compensation range: $91,800 – $106,400. Eligible for Huron’s benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
