IT Consultant, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
About the Role
As a Manager in Huron’s cloud implementation practice, you will oversee technology solutions that align with client goals, mentor junior staff, and drive end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
Responsibilities- Guide clients through the end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover activities, and post‑go‑live support.
- Effectively manage and mentor junior and offshore resources supporting payroll module implementations.
- Build relationships of trust and collaboration with clients and internal project teams.
- Train and support the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical domains.
- Contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5–7 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
- Experience as a functional application specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically the Payroll module.
- Lead experience implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll, covering system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration.
- Ability to train and mentor junior and offshore resources.
- Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
- Flexible living locations within the U.S.
Estimated base salary: $145,000–$170,000 (actual salary may vary by skill level, experience, market, and travel). Total compensation (base plus annual incentive) estimated: $166,750–$212,500.
