Information Technology Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, servers, and network equipment
• Provide technical support to office staff and production floor personnel
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues impacting manufacturing systems
• Support and maintain manufacturing systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP), MES systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime of plant-floor connectivity
• Manage user access, permissions, and cybersecurity controls
• Maintain backups, disaster recovery plans, and system documentation
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during system maintenance
• Support barcode scanners, PLC interfaces, printers, and other production-related devices
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Work with external vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar are a plus.

• 2+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems, PLC-connected devices, MES systems, or manufacturing technology is highly desirable.

Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
