As a Cyber Strategy, Risk & Compliance - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing guidance on compliance strategies. You will analyze complex problems, mentor others, maintain professional standards, build client connections, and deepen your technical skills while navigating increasingly complex situations.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements and internal control enhancements
- Manage cybersecurity risk management initiatives to protect client data
- Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and inform compliance recommendations
- Coordinate compliance training programs to enhance client awareness and adherence
- Monitor compliance frameworks and report on regulatory compliance status
- Collaborate with clients to maintain adherence to anti‑money‑laundering and anti‑bribery standards
- Support the implementation of compliance programs and governance risk compliance measures
- Engage in privacy compliance and data protection management to safeguard sensitive information
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity Risk Management
- Experience with Compliance Program Implementation and Compliance Auditing
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 Standards and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
- Managing Anti‑Money Laundering Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention
- Conducting Risk Analysis and Governance Risk Compliance (GRC)
- Excelling in Data Protection Management (DPM) and Privacy Compliance
- Navigating complex Regulatory Compliance Program Maintenance and Reporting
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation will be dependent on an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
