Mercy Home for Boys & Girls is seeking an Endpoint Support Specialist to ensure reliable access to technology for staff. You will manage end-user devices, handle imaging and provisioning, MDM administration, and device rollouts across locations from our West Loop campus in Chicago.
The role requires 3+ years in a Microsoft client/server environment with strong Windows skills, plus hands-on Dell device experience and familiarity with AD/Entra Microsoft 365.
