, we provide hospitality and concessions services across national parks, state parks, and national forests. From meals served and rooms booked to retail transactions, our operations depend on reliable systems, and on the finance and back-office platforms that keep the business running smoothly.

We're building our IT Project Management Office from the ground up, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator to help support delivery across the finance and back-office systems portfolio. It's a great seat for someone early in their project career who wants to learn the full delivery lifecycle in a hands‑on, high‑visibility role.

You’ll help build a new PMO, contribute to high‑visibility platform transitions, and see the direct connection between the systems you support and the experiences guests enjoy in some of the most beautiful places in the country. Help coordinate and support the delivery of technology projects across Accounting, Finance, and back‑office systems, keeping work organized, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and helping move decisions forward. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Operations, IT, vendors, project managers, and other stakeholders to help turn business needs into clear, well‑governed plans.

• Support business systems projects from intake and business case through implementation, go‑live, stabilization, and adoption
• Help translate accounting, finance, procurement, and HR needs into clear requirements and organized project plans
• Coordinate configuration, data migration, integrations, security roles, workflow design, testing, and training activities
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, keeping stakeholders aligned and escalating issues to project managers
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and project documentation (RAID logs, decision logs, trackers, and status reporting)
• Support user acceptance testing and go‑live readiness for finance users
• Assist with major platform transitions and ongoing system enhancements
• Support disciplined governance by aligning work to frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, COSO, and ITIL where applicable
• Other duties as assigned

• A working understanding of core finance processes: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting
• Awareness of finance controls and audit requirements, role‑based access, segregation of duties, approval workflows, and change control
• The ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, notes, and next steps
• Strong organization, communication, and coordination skills across matrixed teams
• Comfort using project delivery tools and documentation, schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, test plans, and checklists

• 1–2 years minimum of experience coordinating or supporting IT or business systems projects — including exposure to plans, timelines, budgets, risks, testing, and delivery outcomes
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
