Scrum Master – Information Security
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days per week in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000/year + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Information Security/Cybersecurity to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive secure software delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile frameworks, Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, and secure SDLC practices while collaborating with cross-functional security and engineering teams.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 6–10 years of Scrum Master/Agile experience.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
- Experience in Cybersecurity or Dev Sec Ops environments.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops).
- Strong knowledge of Secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and security testing.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Agile reporting.
- Log analysis and production issue troubleshooting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
