Role OverviewAs a Senior Associate on our Epic EHR team, you will support integrated initiatives that optimize Epic systems, driving sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, data‑driven solutions that address complex digital challenges, align Epic capabilities, enhance interoperability, and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Partner with a team of healthcare, technical, and project management consultants to ensure seamless integration, data migration, and system performance of Epic systems.
- Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules to provide support and optimize system functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications, offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Active Epic certification (must be current).
- Minimum 3 years of Epic experience supporting revenue cycle or patient access workflows.
- Experience with financial clearance, referrals, or related revenue cycle domains.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows within hospitals or healthcare systems.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate business needs into Epic solutions.
- Project management experience with Epic implementations.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary; may provide high‑level services remotely.
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization.
- Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS).
- Additional Epic certifications in Prelude, Real‑Time Eligibility (RTE), Grand Central, or Cadence.
- Experience optimizing workflows in complex health system environments.
- Background in workflow redesign, operational improvement, or project leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
