- Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise financial systems and related business applications.
- Assist with system configuration, workflow setup, business rules, and process controls to support operational and financial requirements.
- Provide functional support across key finance operations, including accounting, supplier management, procurement, expense management, asset tracking, and treasury-related processes.
- Troubleshoot system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
- Support application updates, enhancements, and testing activities, including validation of system and configuration changes.
- Maintain process documentation and help ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with established controls.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to optimize processes, improve user experience, and support emerging technology initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency gains.
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests while contributing to a stable, well-governed systems environment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of security, access management, and governance practices as they relate to financial operations and business systems.
