Description

As Big Happy enters its next phase of growth, we're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you'll serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and leadership, owning our CRM data integrity, building reporting on key company and revenue metrics, and helping drive sales initiatives forward with clean, actionable insights.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves turning messy data into a clear story, thrives working cross-functionally, and wants hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing media/ad‑tech company runs its revenue engine. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

  • Support day-to-day administration and hygiene of the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, consistent field usage, and clean pipeline records
  • Build and enforce data governance standards across Sales and Marketing systems

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports on key revenue metrics (pipeline, bookings, churn, win rates, sales cycle length, etc.)
  • Track and report on company-wide KPIs, surfacing trends and flagging risks/opportunities to leadership
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions from Sales, Marketing, or Finance

Sales & Marketing Operations Support

  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Monitor funnel health (lead volume, conversion rates, deal velocity, win rates) and help identify bottlenecks
  • Provide data and analysis to support quota setting, territory design, comp modeling
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to ensure aligned metrics and definitions

Systems & Process

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve data workflows
  • Standardize recurring reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews) to ensure consistency across teams
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical role
  • Hands‑on experience managing and maintaining a CRM platform (Boostr, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or native CRM reporting tools)
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail especially around data accuracy and consistency
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting metrics/findings to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting cadences and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills (Nice to haves)
  • Prior experience in the media, advertising, or ad‑tech ecosystem
  • Familiarity with SQL for pulling and validating data directly from source systems
  • Exposure to marketing analytics (campaign performance, attribution, funnel metrics) in addition to sales metrics
  • Experience working with sales enablement or forecasting tools
Benefits
  • Full‑time position with a competitive base salary and bonus structure
  • Access to benefits, including Healthcare, Dental, and Vision
  • HSA/FSA matching program
  • Participation in Big Happy’s stock program
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Half Day Fridays (except Q4)
  • Team Happy camaraderie—celebrating wins, learning from challenges, and fostering continuous career growth
  • A workplace culture where you can be yourself, contribute meaningfully, and be valued for your impact
