United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Support Systems & Analytics Architect to own the data strategy within the CS org as our operations scale across channels and a growing BPO model.
You will configure Zendesk and our AI Agent to produce reliable data, translate it into insights for CS leadership, and partner with Strategy, Ops, Data, Product and Engineering to build a scalable reporting infrastructure.
