Overview
Senior Associates serve as client-facing project or work‑stream leaders. Responsibilities include heavy client interaction, project management, detailed data analysis, turning findings into actionable insights, and creating compelling client‑ready presentations. The role also involves coaching junior team members and may require up to 50% travel to client sites or internal project teams.
Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end solution design of Oracle Cloud Procurement for Hospital/Health System clients.
- Execute all phases of an Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle—Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, and Support.
- Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end design.
- Partner with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.
- Develop and mentor junior team members.
- Travel up to 50% as required to work with clients or internal project teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud implementations.
- Implementation/configuration experience with Oracle Cloud modules:
Sourcing, Self‑service requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Portal & Qualification Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management. - Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Hospitals and Health Systems.
- Strong analytical skills to translate information from meetings into comprehensive documentation.
- Ability to own project work streams with self‑discipline for planning and organizing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
Estimated base salary range: $120,000 – $145,000 USD.
Including annual incentive compensation, total estimated compensation range: $134,400 – $171,100 USD.
