Business Analyst

Responsible for leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation while serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role combines project management, business analysis, process improvement, and reporting to ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by developing project schedules, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain project plans, automate workflows, monitor progress, and provide leadership with real‑time project visibility
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business objectives into actionable solutions
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, monitor action items, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues impacting timelines or deliverables
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvements, automation, and increased efficiency
• Create business process documentation, workflow diagrams, functional requirements, and solution recommendations to support system implementations
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure successful deployment of new processes and applications
• Develop user documentation and training materials to support adoption of new technologies and business processes
• Ensure data quality, process compliance, and system integrity across enterprise applications
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to monitor project performance and business metrics
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and executive decision‑making
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and support continuous process improvement across the organization

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysi
• Hands‑on experience with project tracking, dashboard creation, workflow automation, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments
• Familiarity with project management tools including Jira and Azure Dev Ops
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• PMP, CBAP, or other project management/business analysis certifications are considered an asset
