We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will report to the CTO and drive successful execution of technical projects across Phillip Capital Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse on‑ and offshore teams, to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope.

  Plan, execute, and oversee complex technical projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  Partner with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
• Risk Management

  Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues to maintain program momentum.
• Stakeholder Communication

  Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, key milestones, and outcomes.
• Process Improvement
  :
  Continuously evaluate and refine program management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Resource Allocation
  :
  Manage and optimize resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation
  :
  Maintain detailed documentation, including program roadmaps, status reports, and technical specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or Fin Tech environment.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and technical concepts.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within project management tools and building dashboards to improve project visibility, status reporting, forecasting, and decision‑making.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Technical certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications) preferred.
• Ability to manage across on‑ and off‑shore teams.
