Job Description

This role sits within the CLO Transformation and Integration team. This global team supports both European products and broader global CLO processes. The successful candidate will work as a Business Analysts who oversees a suite of business-line process tools and automations that are essential to the daily operations of the European and global CLO teams. The successful applicant will drive further innovation, effectively collaborate with both the business line and technology teams.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, code modifications, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of these tools—leveraging MS SQL, VBA, and Python.

The role holder will build and maintain strong working relationships across the Global Corporate Trust (GCT) organization, collaborating with business line teams and technology groups. Success requires a proactive approach, strong teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to independently diagnose and solve technical issues. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the capability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload while engaging support from the wider team where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as SME for assigned business tools and automations, ensuring full functional and technical understanding.
  • Support the development and enhancement of process improvements, reengineering initiatives, and new business technology capabilities.
  • Work within and maintain various databases and technical environments, ensuring accuracy, stability, and performance.
  • Participate in business line and technical meetings, providing insight, updates, and technical guidance.
  • Ensure all initiatives, enhancements, and issues are captured and maintained within GIRA (or equivalent governance tools).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Operations Technology, or a comparable technical role.
  • Familiarity with system architecture within Asset Servicing and Cash Management environments.
  • Experience working with portfolio administration platforms, ideally CDO Suite.
  • Strong proficiency in MS SQL, VBA, and Python, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in exception and incident management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology groups.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with workflow tools, dashboards, or automation platforms is a plus
  • Previous management experience preferred not essential
