Senior UiPath RPA Technical Lead

Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath. Drive solution architecture, mentor developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality automations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UiPath solution delivery.
• Design automation frameworks and solution architecture.
• Gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop, review, and deploy UiPath automations.
• Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, SAP, Microsoft 365, Service Now, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage deployments through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure governance, security, and coding standards.
• Mentor developers and support CoE initiatives.

Required Skills:

• UiPath:
  Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, Assets, Document Understanding, AI Center, Integration Service.
• Automation:
  Web, Excel, Email, PDF, OCR, SAP, Citrix.
• Programming: , SQL, REST APIs, Python (preferred).
• Architecture:
  Enterprise Automation, Security, Governance, High Availability, Disaster Recovery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering multiple enterprise UiPath projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
