Solutions Architect - (Bureau Of Technology) - Actively Recruited
Job Summary:
Supports and leads Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of technology solutions. Solutions include projects, products, applications, technologies, infrastructure services, business processes, and information assets. Provides architectural analysis and strategic guidance to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks. Develops and maintains current-state and future-state architecture deliverables, including solution architectures, technology roadmaps, gap analyses, standards, and reference architectures.
The Solutions Architect position is a highly technical function in the Information Technology (IT) field. This position is Actively Recruited and At Will.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
- Two (2) years of experience in solutions architecture, information security, data architecture, database management, cloud development or directly related experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in enterprise architecture and solutions development is preferred.
- Certification in TOGAF, Zachman or Any Cloud-Solutions Architect is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of modern architectures: microservices, event-driven, APIs and familiarity with data platforms, governance, integration patterns.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Archi Mate, and Zachman and the ability to apply them to organizational business needs.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture management tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, Bizzdesign, Orbus, and similar platforms.
- Understanding how to apply AI/ML solutions to business problems and knowledge of data governance, MDM, lineage, privacy and responsible AI practices.
- Knowledge of various aspects of an enterprise technology architecture like, data, security and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud migration strategies, including evaluation of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.
- Ability to engage, guide, and influence diverse stakeholders to achieve informed, data-driven decisions and organizational objectives.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Salary: $144,993 - $153,867 yearly " This position may be eligible for a signing bonus."
