Senior Martech Product Manager

Our client, a global hospitality company, is seeking a Senior Martech Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a critical marketing technology platform within its enterprise digital ecosystem

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, Personalization, CRM, and Digital Product
, owning the roadmap for the organization's Marketing Content Management System (CMS) while helping shape the future of customer engagement and digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has experience leading enterprise marketing technology products, understands modern CRM and personalization ecosystems, and can effectively partner with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The Senior Martech Product Manager will lead one of several product work streams within the organization's Marketing Technology & Personalization portfolio.

The environment consists of cross-functional Agile product pods that include:

• Product Managers
• Software Engineers
• UX/Product Designers

This team partners closely with Marketing, Digital, CRM, Personalization, Analytics, Architecture, and Engineering to build technology that powers personalized customer experiences across digital channels.

The organization leverages a modern marketing technology ecosystem, including:

• Braze (Customer engagement and journey orchestration)

• Jira
• Confluence
• Microsoft Teams

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise Marketing CMS platform.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, Personalization, Digital, UX, Analytics, and Technology teams to translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, technical dependencies, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead product discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, customer feedback, and feature prioritization.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, and Architecture teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Drive enhancements supporting:
  Marketing content authoring, landing page creation, reusable content components, personalization capabilities, publishing workflows, localization, content governance
• Improve marketer efficiency by streamlining content creation workflows and increasing content reuse.
• Define KPIs, monitor platform adoption, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Support integrations across CRM, CDP, Digital Asset Management (DAM), personalization platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation technologies.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and business value to executive stakeholders.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise marketing technology or digital platforms.
• Experience managing CMS, CRM, Martech, Digital Experience Platforms, or Personalization products.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience defining product vision, building roadmaps, and delivering enterprise software products.
• Demonstrated success managing Agile product backlogs, user stories, and release planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Analytics, and Architecture teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization abilities.
