Responsibilities include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, ticket documentation, vendor coordination, and escalation across client offices and data centers.
Required:
5+ years in a similar role, strong English communication, experience with Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, Cisco/Arista networks, and enterprise hardware.
