Team Overview
This position will report into a Senior Director of Software Development. The Factor Trust team is a highly talented and results-driven organization responsible for the run-and-protect operations of the Factor Trust Bureau platform, while also spearheading cloud migration initiatives and new product development. The team embodies a startup mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and can-do attitude, driving innovation, operational excellence, and modernization efforts to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions.

With a strong culture of ownership and collaboration, the team continuously transforms ideas into impactful business outcomes. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

• Lead Factor Trust Bureau fulfillment and back office application
• Responsible for full software development life cycle to deliver quality products on time and within budget
• Ensure all technology practices adhere to Info Security and Compliance standard that are aligned with industry best practice and global TU security standard
• Design, develop and implement enterprise scale solutions to support the organization's business strategy and goals
• Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics
• Drive application support, incident and change management process to meet both internal and external deadlines
• Work with global corporate teams to implement global solutions for the local market

Required Knowledge and Experiences

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or STEM field preferred. Relevant experience or degree in progress will be accepted in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of Software Development experience with strong background in Microsoft technologies (.NET framework, SQL Servers)
• Knowledge, familiarity and hands-on experience in a wide suite of technologies including Strong .NET framework, Microsoft SQL Server, Google Cloud, Data, AI and Machine Learning, Agile, Automation, Dev Ops
• Experience with Cloud services (Google Cloud Platform/Azure/AWS) or Kubernetes or Docker
• Experience with any relational database and one of the No
  
  SQL database and Continuous Deployment, Infrastructure as Code, Automated Testing, Automated Configuration Management

• Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer certification is a plus
• Familiarity with Credit platform capabilities
• One Tru platform or similar SAAS/PAAS product development experience
• Ability to provide mentorship, code review and design review to others on Scrum team
