Senior Product Designer

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of complex, data-rich digital products and enterprise workflows. This role requires strong systems thinking, the ability to simplify complex problems, and experience working across the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.

• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
• Drive discovery, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and advocate for user-centered solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead the design of complex, data-intensive digital products and workflows.
• Design experiences that help users understand, analyze, and act on complex information and datasets.
• Balance user experience, business goals, and technical realities to make informed design decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, complex digital products, or large-scale customer experiences.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms.
