Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for Oracle Fusion CX Cloud
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap that aligns with Motorola Solutions’ “Lead-to-Cash” global processes
- Design scalable, integrated solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oversee multiple work-streams of CX implementations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Act as a primary advisor to executive stakeholders
- Analyze and re-engineer global business processes
- Lead and develop a team of internal analysts and external partners
- Drive the adoption of Oracle Fusion AI features
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, Consulting or IT management
- 4+ years of hands‑on leadership experience specifically within Oracle SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of leading full‑life‑cycle implementations of IT solutions
- Functional knowledge of Lead‑to‑Cash processes
- Exceptional communication with the ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex organizational change
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
