Agentic AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Intelligent Document Processing, Process Mining, Generative AI; enterprise architecture, API integration, event-driven patterns, Python, C#, .NET, SQL;
Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure Dev Ops, Git, CI/CD; SDLC, Agile, Dev Sec Ops , observability, production readiness, incident management, RCA; 12+ years experience, 8+ years UiPath, 5+ years technical leadership.

Own solution architecture and technical delivery; select technology and engineering patterns; define skills, roles, effort, dependencies; lead engineers through delivery lifecycle; govern reference architectures and standards; lead reviews, assessments, troubleshooting, RCA; drive agentic automation/AI capabilities; provide estimates, capacity needs, risks; present recommendations and tradeoffs; coach engineers.

Technical team leadership; executive communication; stakeholder management; decision-making; coaching/mentoring; onsite collaboration in Irving, Texas.
