Capgemini is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud transformation and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in driving end-to-end program delivery, aligning business objectives with technical execution, and managing complex, cross‑functional engagements.

As a TPM, you will oversee program planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution governance while leveraging cloud, Agile, and Dev Ops practices. You will translate business needs into structured program roadmaps, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performing technology solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex modernization and cloud transformation programs. This role is highly visible across business units and involves owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle—from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.

As a TPM, you will collaborate with multiple engineering teams across domains, manage competing priorities, and proactively handle risks while aligning business objectives with technical constraints.

• 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management across cross‑functional teams
• 4+ years of experience leading cloud transformation or modernization initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale technical programs from concept to completion
• 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience
• Strong analytical experience with ability to define and track KPIs and performance metrics

• Own end‑to‑end program delivery including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and budgeting
• Lead large‑scale cloud modernization and transformation initiatives
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
• Ensure delivery meets quality, security, and compliance standards

• Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams
• Act as the central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders
• Lead programs involving multiple teams across business units

• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings
• Facilitate discussions to resolve technical and programmatic conflicts
• Provide escalation management and decision support

• Translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and KPIs
• Develop and track metrics such as cost savings, efficiency, and velocity
• Support long‑term technical strategy and capability roadmaps
• Balance tactical execution with strategic direction

• Lead matrixed teams without direct authority
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Mentor teams on program management best practices and execution discipline

• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• System architecture and cloud technologies
• Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe frameworks
• Dev Sec Ops  practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks
