Job Title
The company is an Indian heritage IT services company – about $ 1 billion in revenues.
The role will lead client engagement and delivery for data center operations spanning a physical and virtual server farm using Wintel, Unix &VMWare platforms.
This is a recently initiated outsourcing engagement which spans all the aspects of client IT infrastructure. This role will anchor the successful delivery and CSAT for the data center portion of the outsourced engagement.
It will be responsible for instituting & operationalizing processes for successful delivery and very importantly client engagement to ensure excellent communication and engagement.
Essential:
- A demonstrated track record of management of a multi-technology data center operation with at least 500 servers.
- Instituting processes and systems to ensure consistent uptime, improvement & high levels of CSAT
- Led a global team onshore and offshore to delivery performance outcomes
KRA's will be CSAT & delivery excellence
