Manager, Enterprise Learning Management

The Manager, Enterprise Learning Management is a critical leadership role within HUB's HR talent team, and is responsible for the performance, strategic direction, and continuous improvement of HUB Learning, our enterprise-wide learning management system (Cornerstone). This is a working manager role: you will lead and develop a small team of LMS administrators while remaining hands-on in platform administration, client consulting, and the delivery of high-quality learning operations across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, technical expertise, and client service. You will set the standard for how the team engages with internal business partners, establish and enforce LMS governance and operational practices, and drive platform optimization that directly supports employee development, engagement, and retention at scale.

This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago, IL office, with an expectation of three days on-site per week to support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Team Leadership and Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of LMS administrators, establishing clear performance expectations, growth plans, and accountability structures.
  • Allocate team capacity across system administration, client support, and project work, ensuring SLA commitments are consistently met.
  • Foster a high-performance, service-oriented team culture with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, platform decisions, and cross-functional stakeholder concerns.
LMS Platform Administration and Optimization
  • Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HUB's enterprise LMS platform (Cornerstone OnDemand) to meet evolving organizational talent needs. This includes acting as the primary contact to our Cornerstone account partners, managing escalations and contract agreements.
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and data integrity through regular monitoring, maintenance, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Lead evaluation and implementation of system enhancements, new features, and Cornerstone OnDemand releases; assess business impact and prioritize deployment accordingly.
  • Manage and govern data integrations between Cornerstone OnDemand and HRIS/IT system and external content providers (Skillsoft, Udemy, etc.) ensuring seamless data flows and accuracy;
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce LMS governance standards including roles, permissions, data integrity rules, content policies, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Generate, analyze, and present LMS reporting and talent analytics to inform stakeholder decisions and demonstrate learning program impact.
Client Advisory and Consulting Services
  • Serve as a senior consultant and point of escalation for business leaders and Learning Leads seeking LMS expertise, functionality guidance, and program support.
  • Manage the intake and prioritization of learning content administration requests, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in alignment with established SLAs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to design and configure learning programs, curricula, and content within the LMS, translating business needs into effective platform solutions and robust reporting and metrics needed to evaluate HUB's learning investments.
  • Provide direct support for high-priority and high-visibility learning programs, including instructor-led program logistics and system-based facilitation support when needed.
  • Create and maintain customized LMS assets including email banners, thumbnails, and evaluations in compliance with HUB Brand Guidelines.
Community of Practice and Administrator Enablement
  • Co-lead the HUB Learning Administrator Community of Practice, driving engagement, best practice sharing, and capability development across the network of local LMS administrators.
  • Serve as the primary escalation and support resource for local administrators on issue resolution and advanced troubleshooting.
Strategic Contribution
  • Partner with the broader Talent Development leadership team(s) to align LMS capabilities with enterprise talent…
