Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Help Desk Level 1 - D to join their team. As a Help Desk Level 1 - D, you will be part of the Support Services team supporting the Office of Ethics & Compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 22/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Analyze and resolve support requests related to Global Compliance systems
• Review support tickets and emails, triage issues, and determine root causes
• Provide Level 1 support by managing daily issues, system incidents, and troubleshooting errors
• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a business systems support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
