Job Function:
- Own the product and work with the technical & product leadership to convert ideas into a great product.
- Collaborating across Agile teams and operations
- Work closely with stakeholders
- Plan and delivery as per customer timelines, set/manage expectations
- Participate in software development life cycle (e.g., gathering requirements, analysis and design, development, release and version control, deployment management, monitoring)
- Advocate best practices, instil automation wherever possible for efficiency
- Review design for feasibility and product ionizing
- Participate and review Non-Functional requirements, bench marking and profiling
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Provide continuous improvement ideas to improve efficiency
- Mentor and train/plan for training for continuous improvement of the team
- Work towards customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Masters in Computer Science/ Information Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years experience in IT industry with 5 years in services organization
- Excellent designing and programming skills.
