Alix Partners is seeking a Service Desk Intern to join the Corporate Services Information Technology team in Chicago. This part-time role provides 20–24 hours per week of hands-on IT support to about 2,500 employees, reporting to the Service Desk Lead.
You will handle 1st line support, assist with laptops, mobile tools, and asset management, and document issues in Service Now while upholding our core values of teamwork and professionalism.
