The Associate Client Services Manager manages day-to-day execution and client experience for direct and programmatic ad accounts. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 4 days per week in Chicago, Illinois.
Responsibilities- ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet goals
- maintaining strong client relationships
- delivering insightful performance reports
- identifying upsell and renewal opportunities
- coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
- 1+ years in digital media or ad tech
- knowledge of campaign mechanics (trafficking, tagging)
- proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- strong communication skills
- familiarity with digital media metrics
- working with cross-functional teams and campaign troubleshooting
Salary range is $64,000 to $68,000 USD.
