Chicago, IL (Onsite) Contract

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum ceremonies, and SDLC.
• Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience in risk management, resource planning, budgeting, and project governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with software development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Drive continuous process improvement and Agile best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams.
• Prepare project plans, reports, and governance documentation.
