Senior Project Manager

Job Title

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related business field
• 5+ years of Agile project/program management experience within a large organization, preferably in the IT sector.
• Software development/SaaS, Infrastructure, ERP (Workday, Oracle) implementation, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience.
• Any previous background as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst is ideal. Looking for analytical, detail and process oriented people.
• Any experience in professional services (Client, Client, PWC, EY, KPMG) is a plus
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to prioritize and drive solution-centric efforts across geographically distributed teams.
• Strong background in utilizing digital, cloud-based emerging technologies and data analytics.
• Experience in stakeholder management and working across teams and leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate technical subject matter clearly and concisely.
• Self-confident, comfortable presenting information to large groups of people, facilitating meetings, and building consensus
• Proactive, detail oriented, organized, and a sense of urgency, including strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
