The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience to lead user experience design across our product portfolio. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch digital products.
You will establish a scalable design system, define token architecture, conduct user research, usability testing, and advocate for user-centered design. This onsite role is based in Chicago, IL.
