We are seeking a Senior Backup and Storage Specialist with extensive expertise in Veritas backup systems, IBM SAN, Netapp, Brocade, DELL EMC, and Service Now for change management. The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to data management, ensuring seamless and secure backup operations.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Veritas backup solutions to maintain data availability and integrity.
- Optimize storage solutions using IBM SAN, Netapp, Brocade, and DELL EMC systems.
- Monitor and manage backup environments to ensure robust data protection and recovery.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement best practices in data storage and backup.
- Utilize Service Now for efficient change management regarding storage and backup processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to storage and backup systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to enhance backup strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for backup configurations and procedures.
- Proven experience in managing Veritas backup systems;
Veritas certification is a plus. - Strong knowledge of IBM SAN, Netapp, Brocade, and DELL EMC storage solutions.
- Proficiency in Service Now for change management operations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
