- Effectively communicate across departments and locations to ensure timely and accurate response to customer inquiries and requests for documentation
- Proofread documents for duplicate, missing, or incorrect information
- Maintain Blommer's online files for customer documentation ensuring security of sensitive data and documentation
- Assist with projects to enhance customer experience as needed
