Sr. AI Delivery Lead who designs and operationalizes a scaled AI Factory model, overseeing repeatable pipelines for use-case intake, model development, testing, and deployment across multiple parallel AI work streams. Experience as an AI builder, with understanding of quality engineering, AI Product management, and responsible AI. Secondary - Skilled in MLOps tooling (MLflow, Azure ML), sprint governance, and driving velocity and quality standards across distributed AI engineering teams.

Ensures that teams are operating on standard architecture patterns, following delivery best practices. Supports AI engineering talent sourcing, engagement and retention.

Key Phase 0 responsibilities:

• Connecting across the functional streams to support staffing and defining key skills
• Defining the AI solutioning approach - what exists today, how do we leverage SAFE Methods
• What is the responsibility of the AI CoE vs. the pod teams (what is the RACI model)
• Defining the governance structure for delivery
