Financial Systems Manager | Global Professional Services Firm

We’re partnering with a leading global professional services organization seeking a Financial Systems Manager to own and enhance the systems, processes, and technology supporting its end-to-end Contract-to-Cash operations.

This is a hands‑on systems leadership opportunity for someone who can bridge Accounting, Finance, and IT. You’ll support critical financial applications while leading system enhancements, process standardization, automation, and control improvements across billing, revenue management, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and related workflows.

• Own the continuous improvement of Contract-to-Cash systems and processes
• Partner with Accounting and IT leaders to define system priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
• Analyze workflows to reduce manual effort, rework, exceptions, and processing times
• Translate business needs into process maps, requirements, user stories, functional designs, testing plans, and implementation documentation
• Lead system enhancements from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption
• Manage vendor relationships, issue escalations, product releases, and evaluations of new functionality
• Identify and implement automation, AI, and emerging technology solutions
• Ensure system changes align with internal controls, data governance, audit requirements, and downstream General Ledger and reporting processes
• Develop metrics around cycle times, exception rates, control issues, adoption, and system usage
• Create documentation, training, and self‑service resources to support scalable adoption

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in financial systems implementation, product ownership, business systems, or process improvement
• Experience supporting Accounting or Finance operations and integrated enterprise financial systems
• Strong knowledge of Contract-to-Cash processes, including billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, pricing, revenue management, or client arrangements
• Experience translating business requirements into technical and functional deliverables
• Demonstrated success leading initiatives from concept through deployment
• Knowledge of internal controls, auditability, data governance, and operational risk
• Strong project management, communication, and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills
• Aderant experience is helpful but not required
