US Digital Account Manager

As a US Digital Account Manager at BMO Financial, you will lead a portfolio of U.S. digital banking and insurance accounts, driving adoption, engagement, and revenue growth across our platforms. You'll serve as primary client partner, translating business goals into data-driven digital strategies and roadmaps. In this role you will analyze performance, deliver insights and optimization plans, oversee implementation of new features, and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue
• Ensure compliance with banking, privacy, and security standards
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and business reviews
• Support implementation of new digital features and journeys
• Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and process improvements
