Manager, Innovation Insights

Constellation Brands is seeking a Manager, Innovation Insights to turn data into growth opportunities across our iconic beer, wine, and spirits portfolio. In this role, you will lead consumer, category, and market insight projects to shape innovation strategy and pipelines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will design and interpret research, synthesize trends, and partner with marketing, R&D, and commercial teams to identify whitespace, size opportunities, and build compelling business cases.

This performance-driven, collaborative role is ideal for an insights professional passionate about innovation and brand-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer, category, and market insight projects to identify beverage innovation opportunities
• Translate data and analytics into clear innovation strategies and business cases
• Partner with marketing, R&D, and commercial teams to shape innovation pipelines
• Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research on consumers and trends
• Develop insight-driven recommendations for new products, packaging, and positioning
• Monitor competitive landscape and category performance to inform strategy
• Build dashboards and reports to socialize insights across stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Manage external research partners and budgets
• Support continuous improvement of innovation and insights processes
