We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and support of the company's Salesforce applications. This role collaborates with stakeholders across departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improve platform adoption and efficiency. Minimal travel will be required.
- Bachelor's degree required, degree in computer science, information systems or related field is preferred.
- Advanced experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud; experience with Data Cloud, Commerce and Communities is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Proven experience in designing and managing complex Salesforce configurations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data governance.
