Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title

Strong Excel skills are critical. This role is heavily focused on spreadsheets, data cleanup, reporting, and maintaining large datasets.

Support customer service and sales support teams with data accuracy, documentation, and process-related tasks.

Assist with large-scale system migrations, including onboarding buildings with anywhere from a few units to 100+ units and preparing/importing data files.

Work extensively within a large ERP system and related data management platforms.

Partner closely with a Senior Manager and Billing team to validate project data, unit information, and system setup.

Generate and distribute mail merges and customer communications.

Maintain and audit data within internal systems, including ICONS and Data Warehouse environments.

Support marketing and operational initiatives through data management, reporting, and mail merge campaigns.

Perform ongoing data cleansing, quality control checks, and process verification to ensure information accuracy.

Communicate effectively across departments to resolve discrepancies and support business operations.
