Application Analyst

Application Analyst Application Analyst at our Chicago location will be responsible for the assessment, design, development, implementation, testing, education, and management of assigned applications, primarily focused on Workday. Listen to end users and serve as an expert technical resource to address and resolve business problems. Work with functional teams to inform and educate them on new process or enhancements and seek input regarding future enhancements.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and measurement. Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle; identify business needs, designs, builds, implements, documents and trains business solutions based on current and future technologies. Ensure all Workday system functions optimally and ensures accurate, reliable, and timely compliance with business needs, strategies, internal/external policies, and regulations. Troubleshoot functional, performance, connectivity, integration, security, or utilization issues.

Understand Workday specific functions, configurations, reporting, integrations, and security. Document incidents, requests, projects, knowledge and change control IT and organizational procedures in accordance with standards. Write and control essential project documents. Lead project plan development and execution. Provide updates on project status and moves to make suggestions in timely manner to ensure projects are on time. Lead or participate in review, assessment, design, development, testing, and training of new releases or new application implementations.

Must have a masters degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or its foreign educational equivalent.

Require at least 6 months of work experience as a Workday Developer.

Salary range $123,600-$148,320 with benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, bonus opportunities, paid vacation, and holidays.
