Job Summary:

Conservice is a company that focuses on customer experience, and they are seeking an ESG Solutions Architect to lead a team of data specialists and analysts. The role involves managing the team, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and project success.

Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of data specialists and analysts – must supervise, train, and relay best methods for data analysis, diagnosis, QA, and error resolution.

• Provides regular performance feedback, fosters collaboration, and promotes professional growth among team members.

• Consults on the data onboarding strategy for new accounts to ensure project success and timely delivery, which will be implemented by the analyst.

• Works with the data specialists and analysts on data quality, completeness strategies, internal solutions, and assignment of tasks/projects

• Identifies opportunities for efficiency and process enhancement, and works with the Manager and Product team to implement.

• Works closely with the department Director and the product team to identify and act upon opportunities for industry leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or business

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in an Analytical role and/or Project Management

• Experience managing direct reports preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience and strong ability working across functions and seniority levels

• Proficiency in data analytics, process development

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Google Suite, and integrations (e.g., Google App Script, Sheets, AWS)

• Experience using Salesforce software - advance understanding preferred

Preferred:

• An interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives is a plus
