Location:
Chicago, IL Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Role Description s:
Platform Operations Infrastructure SupportAdminister and support AWS environments across Dev| UAT| and Production| including EC2| VPCs| Bastion hosts| S3| Lambda| Cloud Watch| Git Lab runners| and AWS Certificate Manager.
Maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows server components| including patching| package management| server reboots| vulnerability remediation| and environment readiness activities.
Support infrastructure planning for global expansion| including Snowflake integration| multi-region AWS deployments| and operational readiness for new platform capabilities.
Application Support| Monitoring Incident ManagementProvide production support for the IAA web reporting interface and related backend components| including SAP S4
HANA| PostgreSQL| S3 storage| ETL pipelines| Step Stream| and Bloomberg integrations.
Monitor application and infrastructure health using AWS Cloud Watch| system email alerts| Service Now notifications| Git Lab Service Desk| and Azure Dev Ops boards.
Triage incidents| coordinate resolution across development| infrastructure| accounting| and service desk teams| and support the transition of support processes into Service Now.
Access Management| Security ComplianceManage onboarding and access provisioning for internal and external users| including user detail collection| client | Okta enrollment| MFA setup| and coordination with Info Sec and Service Desk teams.
Respond to vulnerability alerts| assess impacted components| apply patches or remediation steps| and document actions in accordance with support and compliance processes.
Support certificate lifecycle management| including renewals| imports| and automation opportunities using AWS Certificate Manager and Venafi.
Process Improvement| Documentation CollaborationCreate and maintain operational documentation| runbooks| support procedures| and knowledge-sharing materials for recurring support activities.
Identify opportunities to improve support processes| automate manual steps| reduce operational risk| and improve consistency across environments.
Collaborate with accounting| development| infrastructure| Info Sec| and service desk partners to ensure stable platform operations and compliant support practices.

Skills:
The IAA Production Support Infrastructure Specialist will help ensure the stability| security| and operational readiness of the IAA platform across cloud infrastructure| application support| access management| and production operations. This role will partner closely with development| infrastructure| Info Sec| accounting| and service desk teams to troubleshoot issues| support AWS and server environments| manage operational workflows| and improve support processes for a business-critical investment accounting and reporting platform.
