What You Will DoThe Archibus Technical Project Manager will join a dynamic team supporting a global IT systems implementation at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of several Archibus modules, ensuring project milestones are achieved, requirements are clearly defined, and cross-functional collaboration is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Day to day responsibilities may include- Developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, deliverables, and timelines for the Archibus Assets and Maintenance modules implementation.
- Working with leadership to develop a global deployment phasing plan and schedule.
- Defining and documenting technical and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Facilitate Peer Review and Stakeholder Review process across both Archibus applications.
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Overseeing a multidisciplinary team, to include facilitating communication and coordination across business units, technical and development teams, communications and training teams, and external stakeholders.
- Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful module deployment.
- Preparing materials for internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and project briefings.
- Reporting milestones and status to internal team members and clients, providing schedule compliance and updates as needed.
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree; (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
- FIVE (5) or more years' experience managing technical projects or software implementations
- State Department experience
- Experience deploying Archibus or similar IWMS application
- Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Portfolio Operation, and/or Asset Management and Lifecycle Planning
- Scrum Master experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions to capture requirements
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders
The annual salary range for this position is $-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
