This opportunity sits within a major retail and digital delivery environment, supporting technology initiatives across store operations, POS, loyalty, payments and back-office processes.

The role will help translate operational business needs into functional technology requirements, support testing and deployment activities, and contribute to successful delivery across live store environments.

This position offers broad exposure across operations, product, technology, support and field teams, with a strong focus on business analysis, functional validation and operational improvement.

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, retail technology, POS, store operations, digital transformation, or downstream retail programmes.
• Experience working across operations, technology, product, support, field teams and external technology vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• Experience supporting end-to-end business process design, testing, deployment readiness and operational change activities.
• Experience investigating defects, validating fixes and supporting release readiness before production deployment.
• Experience assisting with store deployments, pilots, cutovers and post-go-live stabilisation in live operational environments.

• Strong business requirements management, functional analysis and process design capability.
• Ability to gather, analyse and prioritise requirements across store operations, POS, loyalty, payments, pricing, inventory, reporting and back-office processes.
• Testing and validation expertise, including UAT, regression testing, end-to-end testing, defect management and business readiness assessment.
• Ability to assess impacts across integrated retail systems and identify dependencies, risks and downstream process implications.
• Strong coordination skills across operations, technology, QA, support and field teams to support deployment and stabilisation activities.
• Ability to bring structure to evolving requirements, connect stakeholders and proactively escal

• Experience with POS, loyalty, payments, retail operations, back-office systems or enterprise platforms is preferred.
• Experience conducting functional analysis across GK, PDI, Verifone and related platforms is preferred.
