Experience leading AI-focused projects within a large enterprise client

Structure ambiguity → into executable plans

Align 10+ stakeholders → into one direction

Manage parallel work streams → without losing control

Operate at both levels:

In the weeds with teams

At altitude with leadership

Detailed needs:

Program Orchestration Across Highly Fragmented Work streams

Work spans Data & AI

Multiple stakeholders and parallel efforts → dependency chaos is a real risk

Roadmap & "Plan for the Plan" Structuring

Heavy emphasis on roadmap clarity and sequencing of use cases

Build multi-phase execution roadmaps

Translate ambiguity into:

Phased plans (POC → pilot → scale)

Clear milestones and deliverables

Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Readiness

Dependency & Risk Management at Scale

Proactive risk identification and mitigation

Managing:

Cross-team overlap

Competing priorities

Comfortable operating in hybrid Agile + Program governance model

Own end-to-end program roadmap: scoping, sequencing, dependency mapping across multiple eng teams

Run agile/scrum-of-scrums cadences; track velocity, burn-down, and critical path risk

Translate technical trade-offs into business impact for exec stakeholders

Manage vendor/third-party integration timelines where applicable

Drive post-mortems and process improvements after major releases
