- Test Design & Execution:
Perform Manual & Automation testing (Functional, regression, performance, integration) across various Service Now modules HRSD - Automation Development:
Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF) - Defect Management:
Identify, track, manage & report defects, working with developers for timely resolution - Reporting & Communication:
Generate detailed test reports and communicate quality status to leadership and stakeholders - Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, BAs, admins & clients in Agile/Scrum environments (sprints, stand-ups). - Best Practices:
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, quality standards, and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
3+ years in Service Now testing, with significant experience in ATF and relevant modules - Technical skills:
Proficiency in ATF, ITSM Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, service portals and test/defect management tools - Methodologies:
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and ITIL frameworks - Tools:
Hands on experience with Service Now ATF, performance analytics and dashboards - Certifications:
Service Now CSA (Certified System Administrator) are often preferred - Soft Skills:
Excellent Analytical, problem solving, communication (written / verbal) and stakeholder management skills
